Das Haus befindet sich im historischen Zentrum, der Villengegend von Karow, einem Stadtteil von Pankow, ruhig und trotzdem urban mit guten Verbindungen. 10min zu Fuß bis zum S-Bahnhof Karow (S2 und Regionalbahn RB27) mit einer Direktverbindung ins Stadtzentrum.
Direkt vor dem Haus: Bus 150 und 158 sowie ein Nachtbus, der die Wohnung direkt mit Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding (Seestraße, Osloer Straße) verbindet.
Viele Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe, Lidl) sind 3 bis 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ein DM-Drogeriemarkt ist 10min entfernt. Apotheke und Blumenladen 3 min. Man findet fast alle Läden, Post, Cafés, Restaurants, Imbiss im Einkaufszentrum von Karow, das 5min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Ein Straßenmarkt wird jede Woche organisiert.
