A spacious room with a standing balcony.
The house is fully furnished with equipments like Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Bedroom furniture, coffee maker, AirFryer and proper heating system. We also have an elevator so being on the third floor makes it easy.
We are looking for someone who can firstly keep the apartment clean and treat it like their own home. We sometimes go activities together but if you do not feel like, no one forces you. Just overall, this apartment is an extremely friendly vibes and Haleema and Amen (your other two flatmates are always helpful and extremely kind). We are also looking for someone who is not extremely loud, can have fun but respects the fact that in a share apartment you can not have 10 people over every weekend, overall values cleanliness (this is a huge ask), respects other people’s boundaries and the overall vibe of the apartment and is fun to be around ♥️

2-4 minutes walking distance from Penny, Rossmann and Edeka and bus stop is super near as well
