The apartment is located at the famous Sonnenallee. Our WG is very relaxed, respectful and we try to keep everything clean. We have a cleaning plan that should be respected. Open communication about any issues is necessary for a comfortable living togehter for us. The apartment is inside a building with many families, so the volume should be always considered to that and the people living inside the apartment obviously as well.
My room with 12m2 is not the biggest but for me it is very comfortable and enough space. The big windows towards the sonnenallee allow the sun to enter and enlighten the room. I have a big bed with 1.80-2.0 and a futon matrace that should be taken care of. It might be hard at the beginning to sleep on it, but after you got used to it, you never want to change. All my furniture has to stay in the apartment, as I am coming back to live in it. As well as my plants will stay and need someone to be willing to take care of them.
