This is your oasis in a million city with two other flatmates only, who also work full-time.
From our many years of experience, we have found that it is often those who value the community who apply for a room do not want to live alone. Some members have even gone on holiday together. The age structure is homogeneous, which also makes it easier to socialise with one another.
All residents are new. Your new flatmates will be: Joaquin, 26 (Chile), he has already moved in, working fulltime in a bakery and Vincente, 26ys (Spain), working fulltime as German teacher in a regular school, he just moved in. Both are looking forward to a third person.
So everybody is quite busy but still enjoy some spare time together in the kitchen or in a cafe just around the corner. Or simply spent your time in your room after a long working day.
We would like to kindly inform you that this room is not available for couples.
English, Spanish and German are the Wg languages so far... other languages are most welcome!
You are invited to make new friends with two other flatmates who will also be moving in.
The flat share is for calm people to rest & recover after work,
therefore no parties & non smoking & no animals!
Applications are welcome in both German and English. Those who are fluent in German are kindly requested to apply in German. Unfortunately, online viewings cannot be offered.
When you apply, please provide the following information: Your age, where did you grow up, the reason you are in Berlin, the start and end dates of your current or planned job/employment in Berlin? Also when is your probationary time or time limited contract finished? The amount of your income after taxes (i.e. your net income)? The number of days you will be working in the flat? The number of days you will be working in your company/lab/office/hospital? What experience do you have of flatsharing so far?
From what date would you like to rent the furnished room? Until when you would like to rent his room? Finally when are you available in Berlin so that we can arrange a viewing appointment?
Considering the time constraints, I kindly request that you provide answers to the 13 questions in your application. We appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you.
PS: Please understand that there may be delays in responding due to our limited online presence. In addition, due to the high number of enquiries, we are unfortunately unable to answer enquiries that do not meet our requirements or without any information.
