Partly Furnished 11 sqm room in the middle of the hip Wrangelkiez available asap for long-term rent.
All-in, with Anmeldung, and also weekly cleaning services.
Wrangelkiez, Kreuzberg, about 5 min from the U-Bahn Schlesischer Tor. On the side street it's pretty calm, but 2 min by feet are all the cool cafés, restaurants, clubs… and 5 min to the Görlitzer Park. Lots of cool little stores, but the area also has an upcoming entrepreneurial/freelance side to it with lots of startups / coworking spaces really close… Full Node for Blockchain freaks (we have one living with us) and Mindspace in Skalitzer str. :)
The S-Bahn Warschauerstr is also just across the bridge (about 10 min walk).
We (Chris and I, couple, both 33) have been affected by the corona situation like most of us... As soon as borders open, we'll be off travelling for some time. But as long as it's not the case, we'll be staying in this great place and are therefore looking for people that fit us for the other 3 rooms of the apartment.
Chris is a Senior Blockchain Architect, I'd describe him as a mad scientist and visionary XD
I have a diverse background (corporate finance advisory, Social entrepeneurship, ERP project management)...
And we are both building up an online business together (with 2 or 3 different projects)
We both enjoy natural chats and cooking/having dinners together. We LOVE sharing the place with great people. There's so much more to tell, but I leave it up to you to trust your intuition as to whether you want to visit or not ;)
We're focused on finding cool people - so I'm sure the spirit will be preserved - even we will finally be able to travel - with a right balance between doing stuff together but also respecting each other's privacy and need for "alone time".
We're an open-minded and very interested - life-long learner - bunch!
