ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is furnished, which means that everything you need is already there: bed and beddings, wardrobe and a mirror. You also have a fair-sized balcony attached to your room.
WG LIFE & THE APARTMENT
The WG consists of 3 people in total. There is 1 shared bathroom and kitchen with a large hallway. The flat is located on the 3rd floor with use of a small lift.
The WG is very chilled and can be quite social on occasion. Perhaps a wine together now and again and food too.
We have gone to bars, or attended other events in around the city together but it's usually very spontaneous. Since Marta is also travelling for 2 weeks, you will be living with Jonathan and maybe a third person we still don't know so you'll see how much time you want to spend together depending on the vibe :)
THE AREA
The area is very well connected. Close to u6, u9 and u8 as well as S-Bahn Ringbahn. Penny and Lidl are both within 1 minutes’ walk – with other shops such as Rewe being located within walking distance too. There is also handful on nice bars, coffee shops and eating places in the area.
HOUSE RULES & CHORES
We have a weekly cleaning plan that alternates. Although it's a very short time, we expect you to cleane the common areas once durkng your stay. We expect you to put your dishes in the dishwasher, and leave the bathroom in decent comdition after use.
When it comes to noise, I guess it’s pretty much common sense. No early hour drum or drinking sessions is appreciated. The walls are thin and noise can travel easily.
About the people living there:
Marta is a great cook, loves drinking tea and having chilled evenings.
Jonathan is Super funny and sassy, you won't be bored when talking to him. The British humour will accompany you.
Elli is high energy and very social. She likes plants and whish for her room someone who could have a look at her babies without killing them, while she is away:)
What are we looking for?
Just a nice, normal human being, that has respect for themselves, others and the WG would be nice. We don’t just want to have someone to fill the room and pay the bills, we hope that during your stay that we can be friends, share laughs, wine and so on.
