Hello,
I am renting out my 14 m² guest room, furnished with a comfy queensize bed with storage space underneath, a night table, a spacious chest of drawers, a clothes rail as well as a small table and a chair. In addition, you will find a clean and functional bathroom with a washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also Wireless internet (up to 50 Mbits) available in the apartment. The daily rate is 35€/ person.
My apartment is located in Tempelhof. The subway station Kaiserin-Augusta is just around the corner and can be reached in about 3 mins. From there on you can easily get a ride downtown. Taking the U6 it will take you 14 mins to get to Friedrichstraße (Mitte) or 7 mins to the subway station Mehringdamm where the Bergmannkiez is located (Kreuzberg) or alternatively 25 min to the subway station Warschauerstraße in Friedrichshain known for its lively nightlife. There are also several bus lines close by including one which operates during the night, however judging from my experience you are fastest by using the U6.
There are plenty of (if not too many) grocery stores in the area with the closest one just right around the corner and the others being located in a 5 mins walking distance radius. There is also a big shopping center down the main street at the Tempelhofer harbor (about 7 mins).
You would be sharing the apartment with me: 35 year old german/chadian who appreciates good food, is still exploring Berlin and what it has to offer and who loves to travel.
IMPORTANT: Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
