I am out of town for work most of the time, so renting out my room for a while..
Huge flat, big bright beautiful jungle living room, lovely and calm flatmates.. nice amenities (from kitchen appliances to walk in shower, bathtub, plant jungle with hammock, every spice you have ever heard of and a cleaning person).
There is trees on both sides of the flat so you are surrounded by green! well at least in summer ;) 🌞
you have a private balcony!
the room comes with part-responsibility for a cute cat. she is extremely chill and friendly, but not a cuddle monster. she does like a lot of attention and, once the ice is broken, becomes quite cuddly.
right in the heart of Neukölln and kreuzberg, between maybachufer and weserstrasse ("kreuzkölln", tube station Hermannplatz). Nice district with lots of bars, little shops and cafes. 200m to the canal with boating, flea markets, turkish market, sunset spots, cafes. supermarket around the corner, you can reach everywhere in neukölln, kreuzberg or friedrichshain within 10 minutes by bike. 15 min to city center (alex, brandenburg gate).
We like to cook together, movie nights, go to marches or events or hang out in the kitchen and talk.
we were all friends before we moved in together - and still are xD.
we are activists/journalists and work in ngos. we are pretty clean and have a "grownup" livestyle (wiping the table after eating, cleaning kitchen after using, taking down the garbage before it grows legs, generally being aware of the space and tidy...) and are considered about eachother and the flat. not a party flat either..
There is aditional costs of 30€ for the cleaning lady and a 30€ contribution to the flat piggy bank for household items like oils, spices, washing powder, toilet paper, cleaning supplies (all organic) light bulbs etc. so in total it is 660 a month
Towells and linen can be provided.
Timeframe is a bit flexible.
