ich werde in den nächsten 6 - 8 Wochen viel unterwegs sein, deshalb würde ich gerne mein Zimmer ab März untervermieten. Einige von uns werden in der Zwischenzeit verreisen, so dass du die schöne neue Wohnung in Ruhe genießen kannst. Ich denke eine angenehme Lösung für die Untermiete.
Im Zimmer befindet sich bereits ein Bett und alles Andere kannst du gerne mitbringen:)
Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind im März und April flexibel. Bitte melde dich gerne, wie es dir am besten passt :)

I will be travelling a lot in the next 6 - 8 weeks, which is why I would like to sublet my room from March. The four of us will be travelling in March, so you can enjoy the beautiful new flat in peace. A great solution for a pleasant interim rental.
In the room is already a bed and the rest space is for all of your stuff.
The move-in and move-out dates are flexible in March and April. Please let me know how things work out for you :)

Located in Mitte / Kreuzberg, one of the youngest districts in Berlin, the apartment is very close to the start-up hub, the city centre, cafés, bars, restaurants, museums and more. It is also well connected to public transport, with subway and metro buses located nearby. There are plenty of supermarkets and stores within walking distance. The location couldn't be better, especially if you work in Mitte
We, Sofia, Jan and Juliette, are three friendly multicultural tenants who like to meet new people, travelling and enjoying all the benefits that come with living in the city centre in Berlin.
We are looking for someone who will feel at home in our place and appreciates a shared living space. Ideally you are independent, chilled, definitely not a filth wizard, fun-natured but don’t bring the party home, have a good sense of humour and treat people and belongings with respect :)
