Hello, I am renting a room in my flat for 1 - 6 months. The room is fully furnished, so it is perfect for anybody who has just moved to Berlin and is looking for a permanent place. The kitchen is as well furnished and there is a washing machine that you could use without any extra- costs in the bathroom.
The rent is 500 Euro, utilities included. An additional 30 Euros per month should be paid for the cleaner.(still in discussion).

The flat is located at a crossroad between York Strasse and Potsdamer Strasse, pretty central to Berlin. Hence it is quite close to wherever one wants to go and to Berlin's top attractions. It is also well connected (multiple S, U, and bus stations 5 to 7 mins walking distance from home) and there are various shops, coffees, and restaurants in the corner.

To us, the flat is a haven of peace. We are looking for someone who values that as well. This includes being tidy and clean, as those are very important to me. It is also very important for us to live with mature people who respect others.
We do not smoke and we prefer that to not be conducted at home.
I mostly work from home, so I'd prefer a calm environment. But that does not mean that I am not outgoing and social, I have just left the season of wild parties and houses being filled with friends all the time. If you are in that season too, write me!
