Hi there!
We are looking for someone to live in my room while I will be travelling.
The space is very cute and quiet, perfect to work, rest, chill, enjoy life :)
You will be sharing the flat with the best flatmates you can dream of!
You will have 2 rooms for yourself : a creative / living room, and a sleeping room with a mezzanine bed. You will also have access to the balcony and there is a beamer for movie nights!
Don't hesitate to write me should you have any question, and you can gladly come and check the room!
The flat is located in Neukölln, in the Silbersteinstrasse, parallel to the Ringbahn, between Hermannstrasse (S / U-bahn) and Tempelhofer Feld. You find some supermarkets near by, as well as parks close by (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Körnerpark).
Neukölln is a very nice neighbourhood, with a lot going on - especially in the Schillerkiez, 5 minutes bike away from the flat, and 15min walk. The space you will be staying at is very quiet.
We like to share a meal or breakfast when it happens organically, but also very value our independence, as the flat offers two separate areas where one can work and chill and enjoy privacy.
You can gladly write me a message to arrange an appointment, or per we can talk on Zoom if you are not currently in Berlin. My flatmate will hand you the keys. And the only thing I ask you while I am gone is to water my plants :)
