Subletting my room from November to March (with the possibility of staying longer if needed and in accordance with my travel plans). Have a look at the photos and everything will be clear :)
The room has everything you will need: a really comfortable bed, a big sideboard for all your clothes and a rack for your shirts or dresses.
Besides these essentials, there's a huge TV, books, enough space for a yoga mat or to do exercise. I have some plants which I would kindly ask you to take care of (watering twice a month).
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer and our kitchen is small but does the job perfectly. Pots, pans, cutlery, knives, mixers and so on, everything you might need is there. Also a bread maker!
We have a small office room with a monitor+keyboard+mouse too, which you can use it if you need to work in accordance with Dave, the other flatmate.
Last but not least, we have a big living room with a sleeping couch, TV and Playstation, which you can use, for cosy evenings between flatmates and/or with friends :)
The apartment is perfectly located as it's in one of Berlin's pretties neighbourhood, Prenzlauer Berg. The area is pretty quiet and residential, but it's only 15 min walking from the busy streets of the "kiez" with many cafes, restaurants and bars.
You can also easily reach any part of the city: in less than 10 min walking, you reach the S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße where you can find the Ringbahn and the Tram line M4 or the S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee, also Ringbahn and Tram line M2.
Also in just 10 minutes you have all the supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, and my favourite, Centro Italia, a real Italian supermarket), drugstores and pharmacies. For the night cravings and Sunday's last-minute-shopping there are some spätis, Turkish market and kebab places too.
Last but not least, the area is surrounded by parks, with a small one right behind the apartment, so if you want to enjoy the nice weather you literally need to go down the stairs and in 30 seconds you're there.
You'll be living with Dave, a 34 y.o. guy from Berlin who finished his master at the TU and is now working at a renewable energy company. He is pretty busy during the day because of work but you can always join him for some sport, TV-Series or gaming sessions in the evening :)
Life in the WG is super chill: Dave and I usually have movie/series evenings and often order dinner together, but nothing is forced or has a schedule, we are really spontaneous and we respect each other time and understand that we both have private life outside the WG.
If you have any doubt, concerns or just curiosity, just ask :)
Looking forward to hearing from you!
