I’m looking for a flat mate to share my apartment in Kreuzberg with for some months. The room is 18sqm, and is furnished. It faces the backyard and is very calm.
The apartment has 4 rooms (87sqm) on the third floor in a beautiful building. There is a big common area that is used as kitchen and living room. The rooms (mine and yours) lay opposite on each site of the kitchen.
The apartment was recently renovated, so everything is very new and clean.
The place is centrally located close to the canal and Urban hospital. The street is very quiet though. Bergmann Kiez and Graefekiez are close by where you can find cafes, bars and shops.
I’m 37 years old and work for a tech consultancy as a product manager. I work 2-3 days per week from home. I’m a sociable person and like to spent time with friends, family. I appreciate good food, doing sports like field hockey, snowboarding, cycling or else. Whenever I can I like to explore new places, traveling means a lot to me ;)
I’m looking for someone with a similar life context, who is not a party animal, responsible, clean and enjoys peace at home. It would be great to cook together or have a Feierabend Bier every now and then depending on our schedules. Looking forward to get to know you!
