Large furnished room with built-in wardrobe and private balcony, perfect for one person or a couple (in the case a couple would like to rent this room they must be aware that nebenkosten would rise the rent to 1,400chf)
The room is on the second level of the house where other 2 bedrooms are located as well as the badzimmer and a WC.
The house has a large living space as well as a fireplace, a completely furnished kitchen and a garden which is maintained by our gardener every two weeks. At the lower level there is a WC and in the basement we have a washing and drying machine. The house also has an attick which we are using for visitors to sleep-in. There's also a privatge parking place that you could use.
The house is located at a 5-min walk from the bus/tram station. Also, within this 5-min walk there is a couple of restaurants as well as a VOI (migros). Also, at a 10-min walk you can find a Denner and a gas station (helpful for sunday's when nothing is usually open).
We're all very open-minded and like to get together to talk about our day, about anything and everything. We're not a Zweck WG and we want people who enjoy doing things together. We also like to withdraw when we want to and everyone respects each other's peace and quiet. If this speaks to you, you are between 25 and 35 years old and have experience of living in a shared flat, write to us!
We'd like a brief description of you, as well as the usual documents. We look forward to hearing from you!
Also a bit about us: Fanny (27) works in pharmaceuticals and begins her PhD, while Daniela (26) is studying sustainability and works part-time as a waitress. Finally myself, Marguerite (30) work as a sustainability consultant. Fanny plays volleyball and loves being outdoors, Daniela likes spontaneous outings and yoga, and I enjoy going to jazz concerts and the theatre, as well as hiking and sailing.
