Dear potential new roommate,
Since my roommate Marcel is going to Barcelona for one year, he has to rent his WG-room during this time.
The key data are:
The room is 20 m² with balcony and view on the swiss mountains. The room is partly furnished (Bed, wardrobe, cupboard, Armchair). We have a kitchen, a small one, but with everything you need. It is connected to a small dining room. There is also a celar-compartment where you can store things.
The apartment in on Länggassstrasse, 5-7 minutes on foot to Unitobler and 20-25 minutes to the train station. The nearest busstop to the city center is 2 minutes away. From there you can reach the train station within 5 minutes.
The Bremgarten begins directly at the opposite of our flat for a lovely walk in the forrest, jogging or cycling.
The monthly rent to the landlord is 890 Franks of which 41 are for utilities. There might be additional electricity costs depending on our monthly use.
There also is a deposit to the amount of three month of rent.
We have no internet subscription, but there is the option of getting one.
The room is available from 1st of April 2024 to March 31 2025.
You will share the whole apartment with me, Newton (27 years old). I am a student at the University of Bern who speaks fluent English with a sprinkle of German. I like exploring the picturesque landscapes around Bern, hiking, running and cooking. So, if you are into Sports you have a partner in me.
We are looking for an uncomplicated, responsible non-smoking person, who plans to stay for the whole year (April24 till March25). A proof of indemnity insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) and of creditworthiness (Betreibungsregisterauszug) are required.
