Hello,
I would like to look for a new tenant for my shared room , The room is around 18 square metres in size and facing south . After all, this keeps it cool in the summer.
There is also no deposit - so the price is probably quite ok. (I apologise for the quality of the pictures - I only made them very quickly when I first took out boxes.)

When you are here, The living room is almost completely furnished by the shared flat in this way, in the kitchen individual appliances are the property of people, but may be used with pleasure. Not shown are the unspectacular hallway, the bathroom and the guest toilet, as well as of course the rooms of the individual roommates.
Location
The house is opposite the nearest bus stop, which can transport you to the university within a few minutes. Otherwise, the university can also be reached on foot within 15 minutes. In the immediate walking distance there is the necessary: We have a doctor next door, and the nearest kebab shop is only 3 minutes further away than the nearest pizzeria, which can be found at the other end of the block. There is also a small Turkish food market nearby.
But if you want to shop a little bigger, you can quickly get to Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, pharmacy, doctors and almost everything that can be found at the Unicentre by bus.
Flatshare Type
You would live with several students from India,Morocco and China. Overall, we are rather quiet, we are more focussed on the purpose shared apartment, although we have all understood each other well. We don't actually have big parties, but we do invite friends or like to eat/cook together. Of course, it is important to be considerate of each other in order not to bother each other. Remember city rigistration (anmeldung) is not possible :),If you are interested, feel free to write to me with brief about yourself:)
