A fully furnished 13,5m2 room in a shared apartment is available for rent.
City registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
The room has a large window, bringing in plenty of sunlight on non-cloudy days. It is fully furnished with a mattress (no bed frame), desk, shelf, side tables and wardrobe. The walls are decorated with a world capitals wallpaper and the flooring is PVC tiles. You are welcome to personalize the room according to you.
The apartment includes a spacious living room, a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen that is regularly used. The kitchen has everything from coffee machine to dishwasher. There are two washrooms; one is mostly used by you but is occasionally shared when needed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a basement for storage (e.g., bicycles).

The apartment is in Hustadt, a lively working-class district of Bochum, with excellent access to public transport and essential services.
• Bus stop (Hustadtring, Line 346/344) is right across the street

You will be living with Jessica (23) and Artur (27), both master’s students at RUB. Jessica is chatty, loves playing chess and basketball, and is a fan of video games. Artur enjoys baking, cooking, and gaming.
We don’t strictly do shared activities, but conversations in the kitchen over coffee and shopping together, etc are usual
