Entspannte Studi WG sucht neue(n) Mitbewohner*in zur Zwischenmiete

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi) sind zu Fuß in 5-10 min erreichbar. Zudem bist du in 3 min an der U35 Haltestelle Markstraße und von dort aus in 10 Minuten am Bochumer HBF bzw. in 5 min an der Uni/Hochschule. Von hier aus hast du also alle Vorteile der Innenstadt und bist zudem super schnell an der Uni. Außerdem hast du hier auch die Natur direkt vor der Tür. Um die Ecke beginnt das Laerholz, durch welches man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge bis zur Ruhr und zum Kemnader See unternehmen kann.
Das Studidorf generell ist ein sehr entspannter Ort um neue Leute kennenzulernen. Da man sich entweder regelmäßig im Alltagsleben oder spätestens bei Dorfveranstaltungen wie „Dorf mixt“ oder „Dorf kocht“ (die aber optional sind, keine Sorge) immer wieder über den Weg läuft, findet man super schnell Leute auf der gleichen Wellenlänge. Auch wenn im Dorf schon immer was los ist, sind wir von kleineren Geburtstagsfeierlichkeiten mal abgesehen keine Party-WG und haben auch gerne mal unsere Ruhe. The location is really unbeatable: Shopping facilities (Netto, Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi) can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. It's only 3 minutes to the U35 subway station Markstraße and from there it's 10 minutes to Bochum main station or 5 minutes to the university. From here you have all the advantages of the city center and are also super fast at the university. You also have nature right on your doorstep. Around the corner is the Laerholz, through which you can take long walks to the Ruhr and Lake Kemnade.
The Studidorf in general is a very relaxed place to meet new people. As you either regularly bump into each other in everyday life or at the latest at village events such as "Dorf mixt" or "Dorf kocht" (which are optional, don't worry), you will quickly find people on your wavelength. Even though there's always something going on in the village, apart from small birthday parties, we're not a party flat share and like to have some peace and quiet. Obwohl wir alle einen sehr spontanen Lebensrhythmus haben, versuch ich dir mal einen Überblick über unser WG-Leben zu geben: Wir sehen uns eigentlich jeden Tag – manchmal nur eine Tasse Kaffee, manchmal kochen wir zusammen, manchmal auch einfach füreinander mit. Es kommt auch vor, dass wir den ganzen Tag gemeinsam verbringen, sei es mit Freund*innen in der Stadt, im Westpark oder an der Ruhr. Alles maximal entspannt und immer entsprechend unserer aktuellen Bedürfnisse, wie Uni-Pensum und anderen Verpflichtungen.
Dabei gibt es natürlich auch Phasen, in denen jeder sich Zeit für sich nimmt und sich in sein Zimmer zurückzieht. Generell ist es uns wichtig, dass wir offen und empathisch miteinander umgehen und Rücksicht auf die Bedürfnisse der anderen nehmen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir alle ein gemeinsames politisches Verständnis teilen, das sich klar gegen Sexismus, Rassismus, Queerphobie, Transphobie, Antisemitismus, Behindertenfeindlichkeit und ähnliche Formen von Diskriminierung ausspricht. Diese haben weder in unserer WG noch anderswo einen Platz.

Zu Yannik (25)

Hallöchen zukünftige Mitbewohner*in,
ich bin Yannik, 25 Jahre alt und vor drei Jahren fürs Medizinstudium von Köln nach Bochum gezogen.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich vielseitig aktiv und liebe es, draußen zu sein. Sei es beim Klettern, Laufen, Radfahren oder Wandern – Bewegung und Natur sind mir wichtig. Ich habe auch immer wieder Fernweh nach den Alpen, die Zugspitzbegehung wartet noch auf meiner Bucket-List.
Wenn ich nicht gerade sportlich unterwegs bin, entspanne ich gerne mit einem Tässchen Caffé, spiele Karten oder treffe mich mit Freund*innen zu gemütlichen Gesprächen. Ich mag es auch, im Garten zu werkeln und neue Projekte anzugehen.
Offenheit und Toleranz sind für mich essenziell, und ich lehne jede Form von Diskriminierung ab.
Ich freue mich darauf, eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner zu finden, die*der genauso gerne Teil einer harmonischen und respektvollen WG sein möchte wie ich.

Although we all have a very spontaneous rhythm of life, I'll try to give you an overview of our shared flat life: We actually see each other every day - sometimes just for a coffee in the garden, sometimes we cook together, sometimes we just help each other out. Sometimes we spend the whole day together, whether it's with friends in the city, in Westpark or on the Ruhr. Everything is as relaxed as possible and always in line with our current needs, such as our university workload and other commitments.
Of course, there are also phases when everyone takes time for themselves and retreats to their own room. In general, it is important to us that we treat each other openly and empathetically and take each other's needs into consideration. It is important to us that we all share a common political understanding that clearly opposes sexism, racism, queerphobia, transphobia, anti-Semitism, hostility towards the disabled and similar forms of discrimination. These have no place in our shared flat or anywhere else.

Hello future roommate,
I'm Yannik, 25 years old and moved from Cologne to Bochum three years ago to study medicine.
In my free time I am very active and love being outdoors. Whether it's climbing, running, cycling or hiking - exercise and nature are important to me. I always have a wanderlust for the Alps, and the Zugspitze is still on my bucket list.
When I'm not out and about doing sports, I like to relax with a cup of coffee, play cards or meet up with friends for a leisurely chat. I also like working in the garden and tackling new projects.
Openness and tolerance are essential to me, and I reject any form of discrimination.
I'm looking forward to finding a new flatmate who wants to be part of a harmonious and respectful flat share as much as I do.

Wichtig wäre noch, dass du an einer Bochumer Hochschule eingeschrieben bist oder dich zum nächsten Semester einschreibst, da wir in einem Wohnheim des AKAFÖ wohnen.
