Nice 3 people WG at Duisdorf!

The room is 10 square meters. It has a large double window facing east, so you never miss morning sunshine! No excuse for being late for morning class too :) Like (almost) the entire apartment, the room has laminate flooring.
The apartment is approximately 69 m² in total, divided into three shared rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a shared living room/pass-through area. There's a large, cozy sofa in the living room. The kitchen isn't very big, but it's definitely spacious enough for three people and offers quite a bit of storage space. Unfortunately, we don't have a dishwasher, but we do have a washing machine and space in the basement to hang up laundry, so you never need to head out with dirty clothes.
There’s also room in the basement to park bikes, so they don’t have to be left outside. In addition, we have our own storage compartments in both the basement and attic, both of which are quite spacious and can be used to store things.
There’s also a balcony, but it can only be accessed through one of the rooms (Dakshina’s), so you'll need to coordinate with her if you want to use it.
Other costs include: (1) Internet; (2) ZDF; (3) Electricity.

Location
The flat is in a building with 8 units in a quiet residential area with lots of green spaces. The house has its own garden. The Derletalpark is also nearby.
The apartment is close to the lovely center of Duisdorf, which is about a 7-minute walk away. You can find everything you need for daily life there, from Rewe (a supermarket) to a pharmacy. By bus or bike, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Endenich campus and about 15 minutes to downtown Bonn and the main train station.
We’re surrounded by three bus stops, with a total of seven different lines going toward the city center, so buses come by regularly. The nearest S-Bahn station (S23 line) is also within a 10-minute walk.

Flatshare Type
We are Dakshina, Francisco, and Wenjun.
I am Wenjun and I will move out from 1st, May. So you will take over this lovely room from me :).
Dakshina is 25 and doing her master’s in chemistry. She enjoys long night walks and reading. She’s from India and doesn’t speak German very well, so we mostly communicate in English within the WG.
Francisco studies bachelor of mathematics at the University of Bonn. He is from Peru and speaks decent German. He saves our lives for so many bureaucratic things.
We are a quiet and open-minded flatshare. Occasionally we have a WG evening together where we cook, chat, or play cards. Otherwise, we value a nice and respectful way of living together. The atmosphere is great for working—it’s never been a problem to focus and work in peace.
