Two student rooms in a shared apartment.
Room "A" (595 Euro) includes a King Size Bed, a single bed (used as a couch), a table, an abat jour, and a cabinet for your belongings.
Room "B" (545 Euro) features a queen-size bed, a single bed (used as a couch), a table, an abat jour, and a spacious cabinet for your belongings.
Both rooms have direct access to a 45 m² outdoor terrace, equipped with cooking essentials, including a sink, grill, toaster, fridge with a freezer, boiler, microwave, and induction plate.
The apartment itself is 104 sqm, and with the terrace, it expands to about 145 sqm. Located in the east residential area of Bolzano, it is 2 km from the train station and the historical city center (UNIBZ), 1 km from the Eurac Research Center, and 1 km from the NOI Research Center.
Our apartment is close to Mountain "Kohlern" with beautiful forests and trekking paths, Haselburg Castle, and the Eggental Valley (reachable in 4 hours). Free city bikes are available.

We have 4 unused city bikes for your use. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, wooden benches, a lounge area, sunbeds, and green plants. It includes a washing area, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, kettle, microwave, oven, and toaster for meals.
The main kitchen indoors, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing machine are available. The terrace is bright (South-West) and partially isolated.
Additionally, the terrace provides a sink, grill, toaster, fridge with a freezer, boiler, microwave, electric oven, and an electric induction plate for outdoor cooking. The only missing feature is a dishwasher (located inside the main kitchenette).
The flat is situated in the east residential area of the city, close to the forest, Castle, river, and within walking distance (20 minutes) of the train station and UNI, and a 10-minute walk to NOI or EURAC. Multiple bus lines (7a, 7b, 10a, 10b, 110, 112, 213) serve the area.

Shared meals on our terrace. Day trips to explore the surroundings of Bolzano, whether it's by hopping on a FlixBus, joining adventurers on a BlaBlaCar, or taking a train ride to Milan, Venice, or Verona.
But also cable car to Ritten, Mendel, or Merano and Brixen. These are the shared adventures that made living here special.
All-in expenses: We've got you covered, from internet and energy to gas, waste taxes, and condo fees. + the use of citybikes. It's all part of the package. You take care of the cleanings once every 9th day.
Meet Toni: A tranquil elderly gentleman who tends to the terrace's vegetation, engages in DIY wood projects, and repairs bicycles during his free time. When not occupied, he enjoys watching MotoGP or F1 races and staying updated with the news on TV. In the evenings, he smokes in the living room, but the smell doesn't permeate the rooms, because we change air regularly.
