Minimum renting period of 8 months (from January 1st 2025 until at least August 31st 2025) (open ended)
Private room in a house over 4 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower and 4 toilets , a furnished living room, a fully equipped common kitchen situated on the ground floor.
The room (+/-12 m²) includes: bed, mattress, small cupboard, desk, chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling lights, standing lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea). We also provide cutlery, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival. Wireless internet is included in the rent.
There is a laundromat in the same street and also some shops .
A regular cleaning of the common pats of the house (floors and stairs) is done every 2 weeks.
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant (The price for this is calculated by the expertise office +/- 100€ inventory in and +/-100€ inventory out).
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65€ to be covered during the whole stay (65€ to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by EU-trainees and students of various European nationalities. At 10 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and 5 minutes walk from the Commission, easy travelling to all directions: bus stop in the street, tram and subway are a 5 minutes walk . Access from the airport: line 12 Airport station Nord or Central . In the vicinity: shops, supermarkets, laundromats, banks, etc.
