Renewed classic style flat, 3,6 m high rooms, mostly IKEA furniture, Wifi, (+500 Mbit/s Internet broadband cable), 2 full sets of bedlinen, fully equipped kitchen (washmachine, dishwasher, refrigerators, gas and grill, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, plates, pots, cups, etc.). 1st bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, 2nd bathroom with a shower and toilet + a 3rd guest's toilet.
The flat and the building is for non-smokers only! Special offer for ERASMUS- students, especially for those coming from the European Union!
Your room is separately locked with a key.
Outlook to the BME "K" building: its green garden and at the Danube river. BME entry/gate is next door. You can see the Corvinus building at the opposite shore of the Duna/Danube. There are cafés, pubs, supermarkets, exhibition-rooms and different types of restaurants available cca 1-5 min walking.
To Corvinus University you have to walk crossing the Danube across the bridge Szabadsag. Arriving to the bridge takes 2 min walk from our building.
1 min to M4 metro (tube/underground), also 1 min to bus 7, tram 19, 41, 47, 49
Budapest centrum is nearby. Outlook to green garden and to the Danube from the window.
Parking is 600 Ft/hour, for maximum 4 hours in front of the building on the street. Restricted number of parking lots.
Wine bar, supermarket and vegetable market is at the next corner.
3 other female/male students (age between 19-26) came friom the European Union area. They are living in 3 other separated bedrooms with their own entry and private locks. Cleaning of the room is your task and cleaning ot the common premises is aanother task of the flatmates according to a sharing agreement between the flatmates.
The second bed in the room is for your guest, if any.
There are at least two sets of bedlinen (pillow, pillow-case, blanket with a case, sheet, etc.)
Hungarian/English contract text including also the inventory of the room.
Contract cannot be prolonged beyond 31 July beacause of the cleaning tasks to be done in the flat.
