Hi,
I am looking for someone to sublet my large and cozy bedroom in my sunny and beautiful apartment in Rogers Park for the months of July and August and possible through mid-September if wanted.
The house is a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom.
Hardwood floors throughout.
Many windows with natural light and a wonderful view overlooking the treetops in a very calm street in Rogers Park.
Our kitchen is cozy and fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

The apartment is close to the lake, less then 10 minutes walk from Howard Bus and CTA Station, around 13 minutes walk from Jarvis Station and 8 minutes from Metra Station (with which you can get to downtown in 20 minutes). It is also close Clark Street where you can access several buses, including the 22 with which you can reach Andersonville (an area full of restaurants and nice coffee shops) in 20 minutes. It is also very convenient to go to Northwestern (about 30 minutes) with the Purple line in Howard.
The area is well served with a Dominicks, a Wallgreens and a Fruit Market and full of Mexicans restaurants.
The person will share the apartment with my roommate, Andrea. She is a veterinary technician and she is as a very good person to share a house with. We are both very organized and respectful about common spaces and we keep the house clean so I would like someone with this profile. If you are interested please send me an email with a brief description of yourself.
The price is 750 including all utilities (gas, electricity and internet) and a cleaning lady that comes once per month.
The first rent should be payed before arriving to secure the room and the others in the first day of each month.
