Building overview
The building is a old building and consists of 3 rooms one is big room which is 26 square meter and other one is 20 which I am living now and other one is 15 which heesham is living .we have a big kitchen which can accommodate all the belongings of ours and can cook comfortly in the other hand we have decent space for washrooms.the apartment is above the liger lounge a party hall of owner.
Room mates
To introduce my self I am Aluri Harshavardhan(23) studying masters Aerospace engineering in Tu darmstadt.i am from India and living in this apartment from past 8 months.
Recently new person heesham came to the new room we became good friends.heesham works in Tu Darmstadt as a full time employee.
location
The building located near to bus stop kahlerstrasse it was about 3 to 5 minutes and 5 to 8 min to the near tram stop and we have the abundant amount of buses and trams for the location
other:
The room consists of sofa,bed,writing table which was free so you can use them .The room rent was 700£ cold and 750£ warm includes electricity, heating,water. you can get long term contract for one year and can be extended.
Two persons can live in the room so that it could be easy for the rent or one person also can live in the room
