Hey heyyy,
Sadly I am leaving this beautiful apartment, and heading back to Canada (my country). Ive known the roomies since I first moved to heidelberg and theyve all been a pleasure to get to be around and live with. Im putting this ad here on WG gesucht because i want to find them an awesome new roomie and i hope that could be you:)
It is a house with 8 bedrooms, three floors all shared with two bathrooms and one decently sized kitchen. Its very organized for student living and everyone is kind and gets along very well. Cleaning schedule happens every week and is planned by someone in the wg for the month, it works very well and we manage to keep everything clean. Theres some shared food aswell and a fun living room space to hangout and eat dinner.
Now, everyone in this flat is a student, most are from Germany but one from Luxembourg. The studies of these guys are math, history, art history, theology, medicine, physio at SRH and biology. It’s reasonably quiet living here, everyone is studying so its not often loud or crazy party, but there is once in a while a good party being held here, as long everyone agrees to the date of one of course. Dossenheim is a great place to live in regards to staying in the heidelberg area, it is about 15-20 minutes to bike or take the tram to Altstadt Heidelberg, theres good public transportation. You walk 2 minutes from the apartment and catch the 5 tram, which goes to the Heidelberg HBF and also to Mannheim. Its nice and quiet, very close to GREAT hiking in the woods and hills, its a very friendly, nice community here with some events in the square, also 3-5 minutes walk and there are 2 grocery stores and a few nice cafes:)
