The room is super beautiful and big (18 m2) , and full of light! It comes with a double bed (blankets, pillows and towels are also available), a chair, a wardrobe for your clothes, a big mirror, a sofa, a big office wooden table, and other furniture, and beautiful plants inside :). There is even space to invite friends and chill in the sofa, I consider it as if i have a living room in my own room. You also can dance or do Sports and yoga
I would leave most of my personal belongings, but the wardrobe will be free for u, so that you can feel at home.
The room is decorated with a kind of bohemial style with plants, wood and colours. I hope that you like that! You can see the sunset from the big window :)
We have a beautiful kitchen with a round table, where you can eat and a balcony.

The flat is located near the Neudstadt Banhhof, and also very near the river Elbe, so you can easily walk to the middle of the Neudstadt(the cool young part of Dresden) or to the river side to do some sports or chill at the sun. There are two Lidl supermarket nearby, an asian market, restarurants, and plenty of Public transportation options. It is a perfect location to live near the center of all things and also near the quite serenity of the river

I live with two nice friends . They are both easy going and kind people . We do many things together inside and outside the flat.
Rike is a walking big heart. Super funny and beautiful person. Studies and works as a social worker. likes to play guitar and sing.
Anasua comes from India. she is a chemist and works in a lab. she is super friendly and kind and loves to cook some indiam delicious foods.
they are both vegan and we share the food at home, but they are open for different options.
We do not make huge parties and also respect each other spaces and quietness. And there is a cleaning plan that everyone should respect, including people staying short time. but of course invitin feiwnds and having small meetings and fun ia super cool :)
There is a 30 euros caution for cleaningness. If everything is clean after you leave, you have respected the cleaning plan and you didn't leave any glass bottles, and your part of the fridge is clean, you get back the 30 Euro at the end of the stay :)
Smoking is not allowed.
We have a beautiful kitchen with a round table, where we can eat all together and a balcony full of plants. There is a washing machine, and everyone has to keep the common spaces clean.
If you are new in Dresden, It could be perfect for you to come to discover the city or to find, while you are in my room, a permanet place to stay. :)
You need to pay 300 euroz kaution.
