Location: Near Straßburger Platz, Dresden.
Close to the Elbe River and the entrance to the old city. You can walk by or take a 10 min tram to reach there.
Tram connections are accessible within 5 min walk, and is well connected with the city centre or Neustadt
Aldi, Rewe, Tedi, and dm are nearby, and reachable by walking distance.

Your prospective flatmate is a nice, kind guy in his late 20s, fluent in German, and English.
Works full-time in a restaurant at almost random time shifts :). You will get to see each other on weekends, on which he is mostly free and likes to go out to have a couple of beers OR to a party.
