The bedroom is the only room in the flat. We use it as a guest room and, when it's empty, as a working space. In the morning the sun comes in to wake you up 🌞 but obviously there are the rollande if you prefer darkness. We have many mattresses, double or single, that you can place on the floor. The room is already furnished.
The flat is 10 minutes away from the lake by walking. It's also very close to the river Rue, where you can enjoy nature. From Düren Bf, there are 2 buses that can get you to Papiermühle. From the bus stops, you walk from 5 to 10 minutes.
Fabian and Ilaria live in the flatshare.
Ilaria is from Italy. She studied at the Spoho and is very creative. She likes doing sport, playing music (she's learning guitar), and is very open to new activities. She can speak Italian, English, German, and Spanish. She also loves cooking and taking care of people. She currently works as a swimming teacher.
Fabian is a powerhouse, he's full of energy and is always active. He does a lot of sport, but he also enjoys his quiet time with reading and meditation. He's very open-minded. He has a swimming school in Aachen.
We like waking up early and doing a breathing exercise in the morning. We enjoy a lot doing ice baths in the river and to host people in our flat.
We are going to stay in the flat until the first week of July. After, we'll travel around. So the flat will be all for yourself until the end of August. On the 31st of August we move out of the flat.
