You are new in Düsseldorf and are looking for a nice, cool place to stay? You just arrived in a new city with your suitcase and are looking for a co-living space, where you have a feeling that you are in good hands? Than you hit the spot!  In our co-living ALL - IN apartment you live in one fully furnished room and have:   -

Live in a centrally located apartment in Düsseldorf Oberbilk, just 2 km away from the famous Kö.
The apartment is located next to "Oberbilker Markt" station (2 minutes wolking distance) and just 10 minutes away (walking distance) from Düsseldorf HbF.  Kölnerstrasse is just 2 minutes away, there you can find a lot of shops with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as REWE, Rossmann and other useful places (e.g. bank, pharmacy).
  Around the corner you will find weekly Oberbilker markt, where you can buy fresh vegetables, bred, meet from local farmers.

Our Co-Living space has been fresh renovated and completely new equipped in 2022. We are looking for a tenant, who is new in the city, who speaks German or English and wants to live with international roommates. No smoking in the apartment and no pets are allowed. Towels and Bedding will be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept tenants with pets, even the small ones.
We rent the room for the minimum stay of 6 months, after, rental agreement can be prolonged (min. 1 months).
Since we have international tenants who are sometimes not fluent in German, you should speak English.We are a non-smoking community.
