Student looking for accommodation in Flensburg

My name is Tom. I am an Indian student who got enrolled in Hochschule Flensburg for Masters course (winter semester 2020). I would like to be accommodated in an apartment. I am expected to arrive in Germany on November 30 and can check in on December 1. I can also change my date of arrival by one month if needed.

A long term contract with rent upto 250 euros for furnished apartment is affordable for me. Also short term contract for 3 to 4 months with rent upto 300 euros is also ok. If I am comfortable with the flat-share , I am happy to extent the contract.

I would like to have a furnished room and internet connection. I will be bringing basic furniture as per my needs.
I am 24 years old. I don't have any smoking or drinking habits. I love friendly flat mates. My hobbies are gym, travelling and gardening. I also love to explore new things and watching movies/series.

Due to covid-19 situation, by law I am expected to be self-quarantined for 10 days on arrival. I can provide a Covid-19 negative certificate if required.
