Hello :-) I have a 15sqm room with bed, mattress, matress protector, lamp, ceiling lamp, desk, curtain, chair and open wardrobe - so partially furnished available from January onwards, flexible for length of time.

The appartment is located 400m from Hauptbahnhof, it is on the border of the red light district so if this makes you uncomfortable then this is not the place for you.

Plenty of activity in this central location :-)

Me - Larce, I am subletting my room as I am currently on a work project overseas. I will be away for 12 months but am flexible on the sublet time between 6-12months. Sahand is caring for the house whilst I am away and is the go-to guy for communication with the Hausverwaltung and Hausmeister.
Both house mates travel regularly so you must be comfortable for short periods alone in the apartment.

Sahand - 38M, works in travel and tourism. Quiet at home, enjoys traveling and a good chat with the housemates. Travels occasionally for work.

Chom - 26F, completing an apprenticeship. Loves cooking local thai dishes, quiet at home and also enjoys a chat. Travels often on weekends.

We speak English mostly at home, enjoy some hang outs together but also sometimes close our doors and just have some alone time.

We are looking for an additional person that is LGBTQ+ or an ally.
Speaks english or german + any additional language there after is a bonus :-)
Shares their culture as this is a diverse house.
Has respect for communal living - clean, quiet and tidy - all house members to regularly clean the kitchen, bathroom and hallway.

Non-smoking household.

Rent and bills inclusive - gas, water, electricity, heating and wifi. (GEZ not included)

Please note - inclusive means being responsible and respectful to the environment - not leaving lights on, not putting the heater on 5 then leaving your bedroom window open, not putting the dishwasher on every day but when it is full, not taking a 30mins shower etc, if responsible use of utilities is not being adhered to further costs will be issued.
