Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate in our shared flat. The flat is furnished with all necessary equipments. We have laundry room with washing machine and drying machine and drying racks, which are shared by people of the whole house.
Your room is in the back of the house, so it is very quite and peaceful. It is divided into 2 small rooms, so you will have one bedroom and one living room for studing or working.

The flat is on the ground floor, right next to the main street (Am Dachsberg). The flat is located in a peaceful neighborhood, very close to public transportation (1 min to bus 39, 10 min to U5 and bus 27 and bus 63). Rewe, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
About the current tenants, I am Tung, from Vietnam, currently studying at Goethe and doing working student job. The other two are Ginish from India, who is a nurse at a hospital in Frankfurt, and Julia, who is also student and doing a part-time job. We welcome a new flatmate who is respectful to the flat's rules (clean the apartment when it is your turn, no smoking, no loud music, keep the common space clean and so on). Even though we are very busy with our daily life, we often try to have a chat with each other while cooking or eating, and always keep the atmosphere as welcoming as possible.
***1 large room in a 4-people shared apartment in Am Dachsberg is available now, can move in as soon as you wish***
***Please note that the warmmiete does not include Internet fee, which is 10 euros per month per person***
***The room is available for visiting right now, but due to my tight schedule, please consider appointment after 6p.m Mon Thu Fri. The whole day of Sat and Sun is ok for visiting. Tue & Wed are subject to discussion. Sorry for the inconvenience!***
