The room to be rented is partially furnished and comfortable. The large windows face southwest, so that even in the dark months there is still plenty of light, in summer the room is flooded with light. The room is painted in light colors and the parquet floor contributes to the bright indoor climate.
The furnishings include a bed with a mattress, a spacious wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair.
The apartment is in an ideal location in Gallus. Everything can be reached by foot within minutes: the Skyline Plaza with its diverse shopping opportunities, the Galluswarte S-Bahn station, from which it is only one stop to the main station, and the Frankenallee with its charming pubs, restaurants and snack bars. There are also some supermarkets on the nearby Mainzer Landstrasse.
There are also several kiosks in the immediate vicinity, so that small things can be bought on Sundays.
The location is very quiet, you don't notice the traffic on Mainzer Landstrasse. The windows are well insulated so that you can sleep soundly.
Your flatmate will be Tran, a Vietnamese lady who is studying law in Frankfurt. We hope we can find someone who can take care of the cleanliness of the shared area together :)
The apartment is also suitable for students and interns, for subletting and for renting for a longer period of time (6-month tenancy as minimum).
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet, sink and a mirror cabinet. The kitchen has a freezer, refrigerator, gas stove and oven. Tenants can wash and dry their laundry free of charge in the basement.
