I’m looking for a person to share my apartment with. The room available is approximately 15m² and will be rented unfurnished. However, if you need furniture such as a bed, table, or closet, I’d be happy to assist in finding suitable options at a fair price. You could simply cover the cost, and I can help with the search, or we can explore other solutions together!
The apartment itself is 80m², was renovated 3 years ago and has 2 bedrooms (I am living in the other bedroom), a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), a modern bathroom, a large balcony, and a cellar for extra storage.
The rent is 790€ per month, which includes all utilities, no additional costs. The security deposit is 1800€.
I’ve furnished the rest of the apartment to make it feel cozy and welcoming, and you’re absolutely welcome to use everything in the common areas—like the fridge, kitchen appliances, sleeping couch, TV with Prime and Netflix, and more.
The apartment is in an amazing, central location! Everything you need is within walking distance: grocery stores, pharmacies, and more. We’re just 5 minutes from the European Central Bank, 3 minutes to the river, and 3 minutes to the Ostendstraße train station, which gets you to the airport in 25 minutes. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the city center!
I'm a 32-year-old Italian who has been living and working in Germany for 8 years. I work in a hybrid model and often travel back to Italy during the summer and around the Christmas holidays. I also occasionally travel for work or leisure, so you'll have the place to yourself from time to time.
When I’m in town, I enjoy an active lifestyle - whether it's work, sports, socializing, or riding my motorcycle. That said, I also value my downtime at home, whether it’s relaxing in the evenings, cooking, or having friends over for dinner (and you’re always welcome to join!).
I'm looking for a housemate with a similar lifestyle - someone responsible, respectful, and who values a clean and tidy home. Maintaining a neat environment is important to me, so I’d love to find someone who shares that same “cleaning vision.” We follow a weekly cleaning schedule to ensure the space remains comfortable for both of us. While it’s okay to have friends over occasionally, this is not a party flat - the usual atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
