Hello,
As I will be living in Amsterdam for a few months, I will be subrenting my spacious and luminous room
All the furniture will stay in the room (bed, Table, chair, wardrobe, desk and screen) so that you just have to move in :) .
The room is quite big, has three big windows and a good functioning heater. Not pictured on the pictures is a double bed and a desk, chair and table that will be staying, so that you can easily do Home Office
The location is really good !
The apartment is in a small street, quiet at night and the building is also really quiet !
Just in front is the Goethe University, perfect for students. You can also profit from the Grüneburg Park next to it. For those who study at the Frankfurter School, it is also nearby (10min walk)
The U-bahn station is at a 5 minute walking distance and takes you anywhere in the center within 10 minutes. The hauptbahnof is 15/20 minutes away.
There are also great grocery shopping possibilities, a REWE and DM 7 min walking and a Penny as well.
At the moment we are 3 in the WG, although the landlord has its room as well but only comes once a month and does not stay at night.
The life in the apartment is really relaxed and easy. We are currently three living in the apartment: Mythili, Maxi and myself. The owner has a small room he uses once in the week since he does not live in Germany anymore but has some classes still.
This semester we were three in total, Frederik a danish exchange student, Rocio from Spain and myself.
Mythili (23yo) is currently studying at the Goethe university. When not at university, you will always find her open for a good talk and laugh !
Maxi (28yo) is finishing his masters in religious music but is also already working. When not working, you ight find him baking bread or making some nice smelling coffee.
We usually meet up at random moments in the kitchen for a good talk and laugh and I would really enjoy finding someone to contribute to the relaxed ambiance of the WG. If Extra points for organizing some nice wine/ food and talk dinner.
Since the three of us have different schedules, the apartment is definitely not too small and I never found myself waiting for the bathroom to get ready.
In order to keep the apartment clean and organized, we divided the task and rotate every week. Any new comer should contribute to a nice living environment :)
Do not hesitate to contact me for any question, online visits are possible for those not being n Frankfurt at the moment.
