Hi,

My name is Alejandro,

There are two rooms available one is 18m2 and the other 12m2. One is very big and confy with look to the Main. The other one is smaller but has a terrace.

Its a 3 WG, currently I live on my own. If you are the first one you can choose which room would you like to have.

The building is super well located. In front of the Main, on the other side of Alt Sachs, 8 min walk to Altstadt and to Konstablerwache. In general very well connected.

I do home office most of the time. So I am usually here. I play music. So at nights some times I play with my electric piano not to make noise, or the guitar lightly.

The building location is very good, but the building is old. In fact Adorno the philosopher lived in this building. This means that the bathroom and the kitchen, are old. You just need to take that into consideration.

No pets are allowed.

I am not the one which makes the decision to get give the rent contract, that is the landlord. And they asked me to recommend only people working and with a positive SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) .
