As of 24 April, I can offer you a bright corner room with balcony in an international master students‘ WG of 3 or 4 in Freiburg-Oberau, close to Dreisam and Musikhochschule. In summer, the balcony is like an additional room. The sun shines into your room from the east and south. Both toilet and shower bath have got windows and so get daylight. Your room is furnished, including an electric slatted frame, bedclothes and towels. A brand new modern kitchen of 13.000 euros with dishwasher will be installed end of May. The flat has just been renovated: The floor, made from genuine light-coloured Canadian maple, the wall and the ceiling of your room are new as well as all white doors. The house, built in the 50s, consists of only 6 flats. The price is 800 euros without any hidden costs, i.e. everything is included: electricity, heating, garbage collection, washing machine, tumbler, radio licence fee, WIFI (fibre optic connection with maximum speed is ordered and expected from July). I live in the neighbourhood of Karlsruhe and could come to show you the flat if you are interested. (The photo from inside was taken before renovation.)
