möbliertes 12qm Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in Stühlinger

An der Haltestelle Robert-Koch-Straße ist man in 6Min. Die Haltestelle Technisches Rathaus ist 8-9min zu Fuß entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi 4min mit dem Fahrrad, Lidl 8min). Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10min zu erreichen und im Zentrum ist man in 13-14min. Das Uni-Klinikum ist auch nur noch 5min weit. Unser Viertel ist ruhig und grün :)
(you have to walk 6min to reach the tram station Robert-koch-Straße or 8-9min for the technisches Rathaus. Supermarkets are also nearby (Aldi 4min with the bike and Lidl 8min). you will be at the university in only 10min and in the center 13-14 min (with the bike). the university clinic is just 5min on foot. the neighbourhood ist very quiet and green :)

Ich gehe Mitte August in den Urlaub und wollte mein Zimmer kurzfristing zur Zwischenmiete geben. 4 aus 16 unserer Mitbewohner sind ausgezogen und 6 oder 7 sind schon in den Urlaub gefahren. Unsere Stockwerkgemeinschaft ist sehr bunt, 6 von uns sind internationale Studierende. Jetzt, wo wir Ferien haben ist es bei uns relativ ruhig. Man trifft sich ab und zu in der Küche und quatscht wenn man Zeit hat. Wenn aber alle da sind unternimmt man auch viele Sachen wie: gemeinsames Kochen, Picnics , Tischtennis spiele und Putz-Partys. Die Leute sind hier alle sehr nett und sozial und helfen dir gerne ;)
(i have now the summer break und would like to rent my room for a short period since I'm going home . 4 from our neighbours moved out and 6 or 7 are at holidays. Our floor is rich in different cultures, there are 6 international students. at the moment is here pretty quiet since practically everyone has summer break but in the normal case when all of us are here we do a lot of things together such as: cooking together, picnics, playing pingpong or cleaning partys. all the students here are really friendly and nice and will gladly help you.)

soo das war's von mir. noch ne kurze Bemerkung: da es sich hier um einen Studentenwohnheim handelt sind hier leider nur Studierende wohnberechtigt. Schreibt mal einfach ne Mail und wir können dann einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
(so that is the information from my side. but unfortunately i have to say that only students can live here since it's a student dormitory. so just write me a short mail telling me about yourself and we can make an appointment for you to visit the room)
