Hi,
i am moving out in Mai, so we are looking for someone taking my room in a shared flat with my current flatmate.
The room is approx 12m^2, i will leave some furniture there, so partially furnitured. There is a small kitchen without the possibility to sit, so eating is only possible in the room or on the balkony.
The flatmate is doing a PhD, he likes doing sports (e.g. volleyball), board games, and is very sociable.
Tell us a little bit about you.
I will move out on Mai 10 / 11, so we can start the contract (subrental) from Mai 15, and are a bit flexible with the moving..
We can do visits from Mai 3, and we will probably respond to you not earlier than Mai 2, so it may be a bit of short notice. But we can also put the visits in the week starting from Mai 5... let us know what works best for you.
