The room is already furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. A common Wi-fi is provided , but is paid by the flat members. The apartment also comprises a huge sitting room, a bathroom and a big balcony.
The apartment is located in a recent building in Weingarten next to the Am Lindelwäldle Stop (line 3-5) and is 20 minutes away by bike from the city center. In the neighborhood you can find an Edeka, an Aldi and a Kaufland. Included in the rent is a storage room in the cellar and the access to a covered parking place for your bike.
In the WG there are already two flatmates, a French boy and a Spanish girl, both of them workers. An important requirement is an attention for order and cleaning, as well as respect for each other rest moments. We all enjoy spending a bit of time together on a daily basis, especially while cooking dinner. We never scheduled any common activity, but with the beginning of summer it may be a nice moment to spend some time outside together.
Since it’s an international apartment, a future flatmate should be fluent with English. On the other hand, someone fluent with german could be extremely helpful when dealing with bureaucracy or daily problems.
