The room that's going to be rented out is in the basement, it has nice windows, is quiet and you basically would have your own entrance to the house, but you don't need to use that one, you can also come in through the main door!
The total rent of the room is 550€. There is a little bit of furniture in the room, mainly some shelves and cupboards, also a sleeping couch. But we can also remove these items for you. If you wanna check it out, shoot us a message!

The location is the best location ever! It's only 7 mins to the tram and 30 mins to the top of the Schloßberg. By bike you're in the city centre in 5 mins and everywhere else in 10-15 mins tops (if you're not going to St. Georgen or something)
Shopping opportunities are close by as well- you got everything from Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Rewe etc.
We are a good mix of different people. you've got your number painting bouldering psychotherapist and then also a French horn playing psychotherapist, we got the crazy dog lady with a (surprise!) dog, we got our married bunny parents made up of our WG- own nerdy baking boss and make- up magician (you can also call them the Picasso of face painting), we got our sword wielding moderately functional alcoholic, we got our own (locally famous) bike courier/ mechanic and our latest addition is our new import from Ireland trying to teach you all the Irish words you didn't know existed.
Most of us work, so we're pretty busy during the day, but most of us take part in a cooking community, so we try to have dinner together during the week.
We have the occasional party (and we go all out) but we' re not a party WG. It is pretty quiet during the week, since everyone gets up early for work.
We do enjoy playing games and watching movies together or support our music playing flatmates at their concerts (from classical music to punk).
We don't have a Putzplan, but everyone has their task and takes care of their part
We have a lot of space, including a garden, basement with Werkstatt, etc. We have a dog and two bunnies living with us. Sadly the landlord doesn't want any more pets.
This household is very open minded and queer friendly. Looking for someone who shares these values.
