I am about to start a house/flat share with interesting people preferably having an entrepreneur spirit and maker passion. I found a potential house in an AMAZING location with private lake access, 10 min to public transport in a low tax region!
I worked for a university and started my PhD (which unfortunately is not finished yet). Randomly ended up in the Blockchain space. First, working for a ETH start-up in Zurich and now for a big international company. I am quite open minded and easy going. Big fan of a respectful live and let live attitude. I came around quite a bit and lived in multiple flat shares ranging from 2 to 7 people. I like to have people around as long as I have my space to chill.
I am in the early 30s and from time to time in for parties but doesn't need to be every weekend anymore. I do a lot of sports (Volleyball, Tennis, Golf). I am fluent in English and German. My French is terrible.
The house share is currently in the setup phase and I need to get the contracts. But if you are interested, I'd be happy to get in touch and share more details with you. Just text me a bit about you and your questions. The contract would be initially limited to two years with potential extension.

The potential house - I'm currently discussing the contract with the broker - would be at an amazing location with private lake access to lake Zurich! The house has an amazing terrace, garden and balconies.
It's 10 min. away from public transport (by foot), 40min away from Zurich Main Station and it's in a low tax region. Car parking space possible.
Vision:
Guys and girls from different domains with entrepreneur spirit who love to share knowledge, network and maybe work together on projects. Living in a house with enough space to sit together and maybe a ("lab") garage for projects.
But I'm also happy to find other cool people with interesting background!
It would be an interim rent for 2 years. The house has multiple rooms. I roughly calculated that the rent would range from around 800 CHF to 1600 CHF depending on the rooms.
I like to ask early to start the flat/house share as soon as I get the house (not guaranteed yet that I get the contract).
