Hey there,
I'm Liz from Chile, 36 y.o., and like many of you, I'm looking for a flat or room in a shared flat in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Considering the very few offers and the high demand for a place to live in GAP, maybe between 2 or 3 people, we can create a new shared flat joining our salaries and renting an apartment/house (I have seen that there are more big apartments/houses offers). I need to rent something initially for 1 year and ideally from October 15th (but no later than October 31st). I would like to find something with a balcony or garden and sleeping rooms no smaller than 15 sqm.
If you are interested let me know and we can meet each other and discuss it; however, you have to be cat-friendly if you want to share an apartment with me since I will move to GAP with my cat :D.

If it is located not exactly in the city centre is ok for me. I would prefer something towards the boundary with Grainau. I don't have a car, I move by bike even in winter.
I am a scientist in environmental issues, vegan, non-smoker, and sportsperson (amateur triathlete). I don't speak German yet (I'm willing to) but I speak English, Spanish, Italian and French, it would be nice that you speak one of those languages too.
My cat, 10 y.o., is very well-educated and clean, he is a little shy and spends most of his time in our room or outside walking with me. He is used to live in shared flats and travel, since he was a kitten, so he is very flexible to be adapted to different situations.
I would like to share with flatmates willing to share some moments together, watching a film, cooking, eating, doing sports, playing, etc. and conscientious about cleaning the shared spaces, maybe establishing shifts.
