Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Gautinger S-Bahnhof. Von der Haustür bis zum Bahnhof dauert es etwa 20 Sekunden. In die Münchner Innenstadt sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Gauting liegt in der MVV-Zone 1.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, die S-Bahn ist leicht zu hören, liegt aber nicht direkt vor der Wohnung. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, eine Bar und ein Kino in 1 Minute Entfernung.

The flat has private access to the Gautinger S-Bahn station. It takes about 20 seconds from the front door to the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to downtown Munich. Gauting is located in MVV Zone 1.
The area is quiet, the S-Bahn can be heard slightly but does not face the flat directly. There is a supermarket, bar and cinema in a 1 minute distance.

Jordi ist 27 Jahre alt, arbeitet in München und hat in mehreren WGs gelebt. Er hat viel Zeit im Ausland verbracht, kommt aber ursprünglich aus München. Er ist gerne aktiv (Segeln, Bergsteigen etc.), ist aber auch mit Buch und Kuchen auf der Couch anzutreffen.

Arman ist 29 Jahre alt, ein junger Berufstätiger, der als Ingenieur in der Raumfahrtindustrie arbeitet. Er ist US-Amerikaner/Perser und träumt davon, mit einem Unternehmen in München ein europäisches SpaceX-Äquivalent aufzubauen.

Sandra ist 28 Jahre alt, kommt aus Mexiko und studiert in München. Sie wird ihr Studium im März abschließen. Sie wird uns somit verlassen.

Young Professionals/Studenten werden bevorzugt.

Arman is 29 years old, a young professional working as an engineer in the aerospace industry. He is an American/Persian who dreams of establishing a European SpaceX equivalent with a company in Munich.

Sandra is 28 years old, comes from Mexico, and is currently studying in Munich. She will finish her studies in March and will therefore be leaving us.

Young Professionals and Students are preferred.
Smokers and pets are not accepted.
