The room is available as early as 25th of March. Your room will be located on the ground floor. The room itself is very large with plenty of space, and the sleeping space is actually reached through stairs and has some walking room of its own, so it'll be like you own two floors!

The room is already fully furnished with a table, wardrobe, racks and on the second floor, a bed frame (optionally including a quality mattress you can keep free of charge). The room has a window facing east, so you can get a good amount of (but not too much!) sunlight. There is a spacious balcony for hangouts, parties or just to enjoy the day/evening.

In the basement, there are multiple washing machines and dryers for laundry, all of which you can use completely free of charge. The rent also includes all utilities, it's a singular price.

Your house is located right in the middle of Gießen, with access to the Bahnhof (train & where all the buses leave from) through a 4-5 minute walk.

There's also an Aldi 3 (yes, 3) minutes' walk from your apartment, and Neustädter (the big mall) is 15 minutes of walking from your place. There are multiple restaurants within very short walking distance, as well as all sorts of different facilities (hospital, multiple apothecaries, dry cleaning, etc.). You hardly even need a bike, let alone a car.

As well, there are buses very close by to reach any place you want to go in the city.

The flatmates are mostly students and a few working people. If you are actively looking to hang out, you can catch them but otherwise, they will be minding their own business. There's a cleaning schedule in place and you are expected to leave the facilities you used as clean as you left them but generally, nobody pokes you if you don't want it.

There are quite a few people who will be your flatmates and as mentioned, you will definitely be able to find someone if you want to hang out, but most people are also at school/work most of the time and so, you also won't be bothered by noise if you like peace and quiet.

I am having to leave and go to another city due to education reasons, so you can come and move in as soon as the stated date. We'd need to have a short chat with our landlord, but they are all aware of my situation too and so, the process will be very smooth.
