The room is relatively large and bright, the walls were painted by the previous tenant and are in very good condition. It comes with a bed, closet, desk, chair, and two nightstands. The windows are relatively large and face east, allowing sunlight to enter the room in the morning. The view is particularly beautiful because you look directly into the green and has no other buildings opposite. Internet connection, telephone connection and TV/SAT connection are also available in the room (Kellnerweg has the fastest internet of all student dormitories in Göttingen!). Also, pets are allowed :)
In the 2-person apartment you share a kitchen, bathroom with shower, an entrance room, the hallway and a small storage room. In addition, all of the Kellnerweg community facilities can be used by all residents (Partyroom, washmachine room, etc.)
Super green, calm location. The dormitory is located on the north campus, so it is particularly suitable for students of geography, geology, chemistry, forestry and physics. The "Kellnerweg" bus stop (connection to bus lines 21/22/23) is right next to the dormitory. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. Buses also run very regularly (6 times per hour during the week) and there are also night buses on Fridays & Saturdays.
Since I'm moving out in mid-November, my roommate and I are looking for a nice successor 😊 My roommate, Mahima, comes from India and is a very kind and open person. She speaks English, German, and Hindi. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and often fun. We like cooking, chatting, going out for drinks, and watching films together. We are both very clean and are therefore looking for someone who will generally help keep the order of the flat. So far, we haven’t required a cleaning plan though.
Only for students in Goettingen. Although I am leaving my furniture in the flat, it should be noted that I will be taking some of it in the Summer of 2023 (except for the white bed that comes with the room, since I'm taking my wooden one from the first two pictures). The details of this can be discussed in the interview. For people who own a bicycle, motorbike or car, there is a locked bicycle and motorbike cellar in the dormitory as well as free parking spaces.
