Hallo zusammen,

Lilian (36, weiblich), Lawrence (39, nicht binär) und Isadora (14, Katze) suchen zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen! Wir sind zwei lustige, queere, neurodivergente Menschen und suchen ebenso lustige, queere und/oder neurodivergenzfreundliche Mitbewohnerinnen für sechs Monate ab April 2025.

Die Wohnung in der Max-Brauer-Allee hat eine gemütliche Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, einen großen Flur, eine Dusche und zwei Toiletten. Außerdem gibt es Zugang zu einem Garten mit einem abschließbaren Schuppen für Fahrräder. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super: Die Buslinien 15, 20, 25 und 183 sind in der Nähe, und der Altonaer Bahnhof mit S1, S2, S3 sowie großem Busbahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Die beiden Zimmer sind ein großes (20 m²) und ein kleines (7 m²). Die Miete für das große Zimmer beträgt 762 € ALL INCLUSIVE, also inklusive Warmmiete, Internet, Heizung, Strom, GEZ usw. Die Miete für das kleine Zimmer beträgt 450 €, ebenfalls alles inklusive. Wir verlangen außerdem eine Kaution von 1200 €. Zur Transparenz: Die Miete wurde basierend auf der Quadratmeterzahl der gesamten Wohnung berechnet, plus 1/4 der gemeinsam genutzten Fläche. Da das kleinere Zimmer recht klein ist, haben die vorherigen Bewohner*innen einen großen Schrank im Flur als zusätzlichen Stauraum genutzt – diese Möglichkeit besteht weiterhin. Das große Zimmer kommt mit optionalen Wandregalen, einem Schreibtisch und vielleicht einem Bett.

Wer wir sind:

Lilian und Lawrence sind alte, alte Freunde aus Brasilien bzw. den USA (wir haben uns in einem Deutschkurs kennengelernt). Wir sind ziemlich entspannt und lieben gutes Essen, guten Wein/Bier sowie ab und zu Party. Wir hängen gerne zusammen ab, diskutieren über die Welt, spielen Mario Kart oder kochen gemeinsam – aber wir genießen auch unsere Ruhe in unseren Zimmern. Uns ist direkte Kommunikation wichtig, und wir möchten, dass sich alle wohlfühlen, Probleme oder Anliegen anzusprechen. (Es ist einfach besser, über Dinge zu reden, anstatt Frust aufstauen zu lassen, oder?) Wir urteilen nicht über andere – jede*r hat seinen eigenen Lebensstil und Rhythmus. Für uns ist ein Zuhause ein sicherer Ort, an dem man sich von all dem Stress da draußen erholen kann, und wir hoffen, dass es das auch für dich sein wird.
Früher haben wir regelmäßige WG-Treffen gemacht, um über Putzpläne, Finanzen, Einkäufe und allgemeines WG-Wohlbefinden zu sprechen – und sind offen, das wieder einzuführen. Kleiner Hinweis: Unsere Putzstandards in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sind ziemlich hoch, aber auch hier ohne Wertung (Lawrences eigenes Zimmer ist das reinste Chaos).

Isadora, die Katze, ist eine süße Kuschelmaus, die Grenzen respektiert und gerne Po-Klatscher bekommt. Wahrscheinlich plant sie nicht unseren Untergang.

Zum Untermietvertrag:

Lilian und ich planen langfristig, eventuell Hamburg zu verlassen, weshalb wir nur einen 6-Monats-Vertrag anbieten können. Es ist möglich, dass wir doch länger bleiben – vor allem, wenn wir uns alle super verstehen und uns nicht mehr von unseren tollen Mitbewohner*innen trennen können. Falls wir gehen, sagen wir frühzeitig Bescheid, damit ihr euch ggf. für die Wohnung bewerben könnt.

Hi all,

Lilian (36f) and Lawrence (39nb) and Isadora (14cat) are looking for two new flatmates! We're two fun, queer, neurodivergent people looking for likewise fun, queer/neurodivergent(-friendly) flatmates for six months starting in April 2025. The apartment in Max-Brauer-Allee comes complete with a sit-down kitchen, living room, big hallway, shower, and two toilets, as well as access to a garden with a locked shed for bikes. It's very well connected, with the 15, 20, 25, and 183 busses close by, and the Altona station with S1, S2, S3, and large bus terminal about 10 minutes away. There are also tons of supermarkets, stores, bars, cafés, and restaurants in the area.

The rooms in question are one big one (20sqm) and one little one (7sqm). Rent for the big one is 762€ ALL INCLUDED, meaning warm rent + internet, heating, electricity, GEZ, etc. Rent for the little one is 450€, again, everything included. We also ask for a Kaution of 1200€. For fairness and transparency: The rent for each room was calculated multiplying its size in square meters by the cost per square meter of the entire apartment, plus 1/4 of the shared living-space cost. As the one room is small, its past occupants have used a large cabinet in the hallway for storage, and this option will still be available. The big room comes with optional wall shelves, desk, and maybe a bed.

More about us: Lilian and Lawrence are old, old friends from Brazil and the US respectively (we met in a German course). We are generally laid back, and we enjoy eating, good wine/beer, as well as the occasional party. We're often down to hang out, discuss the state of the world, play Mariokart, or cook together, but we also enjoy being lazy in our own rooms. We both value direct communication, and we especially want people around us to know they can approach us with any questions, concerns, problems, etc. (It's just best to talk about things rather than let resentment build up, ya know?) We also value being non-judgmental, as everyone has their own life's outlook and rhythm that works for them. To us, a home is a space to feel safe, to get away from all the BS that happens out there, and we hope to make that a space for you, too. In the past we have had regular meetings to discuss cleaning plans, finances, groceries, WG well-being, etc, and we're open to doing so again. Fair warning: our cleaning standards for the common spaces are quite high, though we're non-judgmental here, too (Lawrence's own room is in fact chaos-incarante).

Isadora the cat is a cute sweetiepie who likes boundaries and butt pats. She is probably not planning our demise.

About the subletting: Lilian and I do eventually plan to live somewhere else, possibly outside of Hamburg, which is why we can only make a 6-month contract. After six months we may choose to stay longer, especially if we're all getting along and can't stand to be away from our amazing flatties. If we do leave, we will let you know well in advance so that you have a chance to apply for the apartment.
