The room measures ~21m^2 and has direct access to a long balcony. It is very bright as it faces south.
There's a bike parking facility in the basement, along with a small cellar compartment. You'll share wthe kitchen, hallway, bathroom, balcony, and cellar compartment with me.
The room will be available from middle December, although flexibility can be considered after discussing it with my current flatmate. In principle, the room is unfurnished, but there's a possibility to discuss furniture options with him.
Rent is 680 euros (500 cold rent + 180 additional cost). The 180 euros include water, electricity, heating, internet, GEZ.
There is a bus stop for lines 2 and 3 right in front of the front door.
You can usually easily find parking spaces in the area.
Aldi and Rewe can be reached by bike in ~5 minutes, Lidl in ~7 minutes, Edeka in ~10 minutes.
I'm Sara, 28 years old, and I'm from Spain. Currently doing a PhD in physics. I enjoy outdoor sports, traveling, and spending time with my friends, and invite them for dinner at home once in a while.
