On offer is 1 room in a beautiful 105m^2 apartment.
The apartment is completely furnished, coming with an entirely equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc... There is one bathroom plus an additional restroom. Furthermore the apartment comprises a huge corridor with a lot storage space, a huge furnished living room, and a storage cellar underneath the building.
The room (approx 30 m^2 ) is partially furnished with a desk, spacious closet and bookshelf while the bed is not included. The room is bright and quiet since it faces an internal garden.
The furniture can be (re)moved as long as the rooms are brought back to the initial conditions.
The tenancy starts from 01.12. if needed, another room in the same flat can be temporarily rented for the month of November.
I speak English and some German and I am originally from Italy. the WG includes also Kenneth another roommate.
The apartment is well connected both via bus (closest bus stop 100m) and via S-Bahn as the Othmarschen station is only 10 Min by foot. It takes only 3 stops of the metro to reach Altona Banhof.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet. In the area you can find many grocery stores (Aldi, Lidl) as well as Volkspark and other very nice
I am from Italy and I work as a PhD student at DESY/Uni Hamburg. I look for one more person to share my apartment with. Right now there are two tenants, me and Kenneth, a PhD student in Climate Sciences . The apartment is already provided with all the cooking equipments.
I am tidy and clean and respectful of the common areas, so I would like that the tenants are as well.
The price comprises all the expenses (gas, electricity, water and fibre internet).
The building has a private parking space.
The apartment has a private cellar where bikes and personal belongings can be safely stored.
The landlady requires the tenants to show a source of income. The contract is a long term one with 3 months of notice.
It is possible to come and see the apartment in person as well as on-line on the weekend upon contacting me before.
