Available to rent from October is a furnished (or unfurnished) bedroom on Hein-Hoyer-Straße, St Pauli. The room gets good sunlight during the day and is ca 14m2. I have been living here for 4 years, I enjoy cycling, films and making music. I am looking for someone who is friendly, someone who is happy to have a coffee together once in a while but also appreciates alone time. Also, someone who is clean and tidy, and a non-smoker. Smoking is not allowed at all in the apartment. I would like to have someone who is looking for an apartment for minimum of 1 year, but preferably more.
